What is your returns policy?

Please contact us to discuss and arrange a return. Returns will be arranged on an individual basis. Contact info@fionamatheson.com for more details. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Returns will only be accepted if item(s) are in original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on jewellery products, but we are happy to answer any further questions you have before purchasing.

What is the bespoke courier service you offer for postage?

For all UK deliveries we use a specialist art carrier, Aardvark Art Services, to transport all original paintings. Aardvark Art services offers a nationwide door to door service to their customers. With deliveries from 8am to 7pm, their seasoned team can have your art at its new home quickly and efficiently. They only use specially-adapted, unmarked and tracked vans to ensure your pieces always arrive safely. For Scottish deliveries of original artwork, Paul will take great care of your purchase and offers a friendly trustworthy service. The arrival date for delivery could take up to two weeks depending on the timing of the driver’s schedule.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of our products are in stock and these will be dispatched the next working day by Royal Mail, or for larger items, Parcelforce. We will notify you if any items need to be ordered, such as the oversize canvases, these may take up to three weeks.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes! Please enquire for worldwide shipping.

Do you have a physical place to shop your products?

We do not have a physical shop but you are welcome to visit Fiona’s working studio in Inverness, please contact through the website to arrange a suitable time. Fiona exhibits at several galleries across Scotland and throughout the year you can find Fiona at various markets and fairs. You can keep track of events on social media and through the newsletter!

Are your products made in Scotland?

All of our products are designed in Scotland by Fiona and made in the UK, with the exception of the luxury silk scarf range. These highly crafted pieces are skilfully printed on both sides, using state of the art machinery, with zero waste cutting techniques. Every piece is expertly hand finished by experts in Shanghai.

Can I buy originals?

Original art can be purchased through Fiona’s website. You can also purchase original art at exhibitions and galleries across Scotland. You can keep track of events and exhibitions on social media and through the newsletter!
